Italian Plum Cake
My cousin referred me to this blog Imbi & Itchy, if the link does not work, you can see who I am following publicly and the link should work there. This is another food blog (what else) and I have had so much fun poking through all of the neat recipes that have been tried from all over the world. I highly recommend checking it out, it is a great place to poke and find something new!
Today I made the Italian Plum Cake, let me just say AWESOME!! I am not a cake fan, it is all too sweet for me. This may be an odd statement because I have a terrible sweet tooth, but something about cake doesn't do it for me. I am much more of a pie girl. This is more like a cobbler, and not overly sweet, permitting the fresh plums to shine through.

We got Italian Plums this week from the CSA so I had to go searching for this recipe again. Glad you posed it - made it so easy to find!
