Sweet and Spicy Dry Rub - for Chicken

I had a bird, and it needed flavor. I started working part time recently, and I have had once again come up with meals that are either quick, or ready when I get home. I wanted to split the bird in half and grill it. Unfortunately the weather decided to rain when dinner time came, so it was baked instead.  None the less, it was tasty and spicy.

Easy, quick and to the point.











Mix together:


1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 T Garam Masala

Place chicken in a zip lock bag,  I had a whole bird, but use whatever you will eat. Add rub, and massage your meat with it, then zip it up. Either put bag in an additional bag or a bowl to catch any leaks that might happen.

Let marinate for at least 24 hours before grilling.
