Simple Broiled Haddock

Mmmmmhhhh fish!  I love fish, and now it is much more affordable with the frozen filets in the air tight packages.  Aldi's has a great and affordable selection of fish that is super scrumptious!

4 Haddock Fillets
butter
kosher or sea salt
1 cup breadcrumbs seasoned with ground pepper and about 1-2 Tbs Herbes de Provence

lay the filets on a foiled lined broiler pan, sprinkle with kosher or sea salt.  Lay pats of butter on each filet, (i can be quite liberal with the butter) just don't have it overlapping each other.  sprinkle with bread crumbs to cover each filet. (you may need to have more breadcrumbs depending on how much fish you have.

Broil in a hot oven 6" from flame for 10 minutes per 1" of fish (Thickness, not length) Watch closely, bread crumbs can catch fire!
